Do Push Ups When You Get Up In The Morning

Push Ups 
As a basic exercise used in civilian athletic training or physical education and commonly in military physical training, now you should to push ups everyday.

I started doing push ups a few months ago and felt the impact of the push ups, are the muscles of the chest, arms, and shoulders. Now I feel something much better on my body.

There are several variations of push ups and you can start from the easiest variation. Push-ups with your palms facing the ground, push-ups with palms facing up or push-ups with hands clasped

Other variations of push ups is the position of the legs straight or leaning against a wall.

While the best time to do push ups is when you get up in the morning.

Do at least two sets. One set, do push as many as 5 or 10 times
